Chelsea is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice, where she focuses on a broad range of complex business and commercial disputes.

Chelsea assists business clients in addressing commercial conflicts and protecting proprietary interests. She draws on prior experience as a journal editor, research assistant and in-house legal intern, where she worked on trademark compliance and researched California labor and privacy law.
