Chika Chimezie focuses her practice on debt finance for mergers and acquisition transactions and purchase of high-value assets secured by a variety of asset classes including aircraft, receivables and asset-backed securities.
Prior to law school, Chika worked as a strategic sourcing agent at the Boeing Company, where she negotiated and managed multimillion-dollar contracts with various Fortune 100 companies.
Representative Experience
- Represented Tremor International Ltd., a global advertising company, in a $180 million secured term and revolving loan financing for its acquisition of Amobee, Inc., a global advertising platform.
- Represented Emcore Corporation, a leading aerospace, defense, communications and sensing markets provider, along with a cross-office multidisciplinary Pillsbury team, in advising Emcore Corporation in its $55 million all cash acquisition of the Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG) and Inertial Navigation Systems business of KVH Industries, Inc.
