Christopher Di Luccio’s practice focuses on a variety of commercial real estate and real estate finance matters.

Chris has experience in leasing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, and has represented both borrowers and lenders in origination transactions and distressed loan workouts. In addition, he has also represented special servicers in connection with CMBS trusts.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, he worked for the Real Estate Capital Markets group of an AmLaw 50 law firm.

Representative Experience

  • Represented a real estate investment and asset management company in connection with the origination and sale of a $47 million loan.
  • Represented an executive deparment of the U.S. federal government in connection with performance of due diligence review and transferring of obligations under a 22 loan portfolio.
  • Represented a large American retail corporation in lease renewal negotiations for various locations across the United States.
