Chris represents leading global banks and social media companies in a wide range of technology and intellectual property matters, including sourcing, licensing and outsourcing. He has a particular focus on the fintech sector, with experience spanning SaaS, IaaS and PaaS solutions. In addition, Chris advises clients on critical issues involving information security, data protection and payment processing.

  • Serving a global financial institution for over seven years as primary outside counsel for commercial technology matters, providing comprehensive representation on a large number of IT and outsourcing transactions across all markets in which the bank operates.
  • Served as primary legal counsel for a digital payments platform in all activities related to their sponsorship of a Formula One team.
