Based in Washington, DC, Craig works with clients from a range of industries in resolving challenging issues that arise during the structuring and negotiation of sophisticated transactions. He advises financial institutions, corporations, sponsors and government entities on developing, operating and managing high-profile projects and complex business activities, including public-private partnerships, foreign investment, project finance, credit enhancement, strategic alliances, distressed assets and information technology matters.

Representative Experience

  • Represented the offeror of a multibillion-dollar affordable housing portfolio in negotiations with a Wall Street financial institution, including a master roll up of assets and liabilities.
  • Structuring and negotiating the financing, development and operation of a major Middle East transportation project involving a public-private partnership, concessions and licenses and debt and equity funding from multiple international sources.
  • Advised the bank acquirer of a large portfolio of government supported low income housing assets in New York City, including restructuring tiered partnerships, subsidies, debt and management activities.
