Daniel Sweat is a senior law clerk in the firm’s Litigation practice.

Prior to law school, Daniel worked as a litigation paralegal at another AmLaw 100 firm. During law school, Daniel held internships in the Eastern District of New York, the SEC’s Crypto Assets and Cybersecurity Department, and the NYOAG’s Antitrust Bureau. He also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Business Law Review from 2024 through 2025.

Daniel is not admitted to practice law.
