Derrick Anderson focuses his practice on all aspects of litigation.

Derrick represents clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, insurance recovery matters and corporate governance issues. Derrick has counseled clients on securities discovery and settlement, construction insurance recovery, agri-business disputes and health care subpoena responses.

Prior to law school, Derrick served as a captain in the U.S. Army, working as a logistics officer specializing in complex multi-unit deployment operations.

  • Represented a real estate developer in connection with a tower-project insurance coverage dispute, helping establish a defensible discovery framework, protect confidential business information, and streamline document exchanges to keep the project on schedule.
