Eleanor Furlong has experience working for a range of public and private entities on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and corporate restructurings.

Eleanor has advised on regulatory compliance and corporate governance. She is passionate about globalization, digitalization and financial markets. She also has particular experience in innovation and market disruptors, with a particular focus on DeFi and Web3.
