Emily Pierce

Emily Pierce focuses her practice on general litigation matters.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Emily served as a legal intern on the Texas Workforce Commission, Office of the Public Commissioner, where she analyzed unemployment insurance claim appeals under federal law and agency precedent to advise the Commissioner, and conducted labor and Texas administrative law research. She served as an intern at a litigation firm in Texas, where she supported trial preparation.
