Ena Kaur advises private and public companies with their executive compensation and employee benefit programs.
Ena has experience with the employee benefit and compensation side of mergers and acquisitions. She has also worked on executive compensation arrangements, equity and retirement plans, SEC filings, and IPOs.
Prior to joining Pillsbury, Ena was an associate at two other law firms, interned at the Notre Dame Tax Clinic, where she assisted clients in resolving federal tax controversies with the IRS, and served as a Board Agent with the National Labor Relations Board.
