Ethan Gerstman

Ethan Gerstman is a senior law clerk focusing his practice on general litigation matters.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Ethan served as a legal extern in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (FINRA) Enforcement Division and in the New York City Law Department, where he researched and drafted memoranda on novel regulatory issues. He also conducted legal research for the National Security and Cybercrime Bureau of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.

Ethan is not admitted to practice law.
