Eugenie Dubin represents clients in civil litigation and regulatory matters and advises on the tax aspects of complex financial transactions.

Eugenie has experience representing clients in a variety of litigation matters, including regulatory investigations, administrative proceedings, and commercial disputes.  In addition to Eugenie’s litigation practice, Eugenie advises on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of international financing transactions and on successful applications for benefits under bilateral tax treaties. Eugenie maintains a pro-bono practice working with the Legal Services NYC Bankruptcy Assistance Project.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Eugenie worked with the Charities Bureau at the New York Attorney General’s Office, where she reviewed financial statements and federal tax filings of not-for-profit corporations and participated in the litigation of a high-profile enforcement action. Before law school, she worked as a legal assistant in a structured finance practice at an AmLaw 100 firm, as well as at a boutique litigation firm engaged in white collar defense. Eugenie draws on these experiences to inform her current practice and is recognized for her sound professional judgment and creative legal thinking.
