Forrest Havens focuses his practice exclusively on eDiscovery counseling clients on all stages of the eDiscovery process, from data collection and compliance through to review, production and preparation for trial.

Forrest uses his extensive knowledge to assist clients from all sectors and practice areas with selection and usage of various electronic review platforms and tools; best practices in managing those platforms and the design and implementation of searches and filters; leveraging artificial intelligence (AI)/technology-assisted review (TAR) to reduce the volume of data that requires human review; cost-effective project and personnel management strategies; and post-review tasks, like creating privilege logs or assisting litigation counsel in preparing for depositions and trial. Prior to his legal career and focus on eDiscovery, Forrest worked in various sectors of the entertainment industry as a contract analyst and royalty administrator.
