Frank Kalinski represents clients in complex civil and commercial disputes, drawing on experience in both federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Pillsbury, Frank served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Alia Moses, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. In that role, he supported one of the nation’s busiest federal dockets, conducting extensive legal research and assisting in the drafting of judicial opinions and orders in a wide variety of civil and criminal cases. He also provided trial support, including drafting and refining jury instructions.

During law school, Frank gained experience at national and regional law firms and through his law school’s Federal Defense Clinic. His work spanned complex commercial litigation, corporate transactions, and criminal defense. He assisted with business acquisitions, prepared client advisories and pleadings, and supported trial teams on high-stakes disputes.
