Georgia Bender works with policyholders to maximize their recovery for losses under a variety of insurance policies—including general liability, property, and directors and officers policies.

Her experience includes guiding companies through the complex process of securing coverage for large, long-tail liabilities under policies spanning decades and involving many insurers. She engages in all aspects of litigation, from counseling through appeal, and has successfully assisted clients in resolving disputes prior to litigation and through alternative dispute management.
