Gloria Kim’s practice focuses on aviation finance, debt and acquisition finance and project finance.

She has experience representing agents, arrangers, lenders, export credit agencies and borrowers in the aviation industry on cross-border aircraft finance transactions. She has also acted on behalf of various domestic and international players in the financing of working capital, acquisitions and projects.

Gloria received a dual degree in common law and civil law at McGill University’s Faculty of Law where she was an Associate Editor and the Citations Editor of the McGill Law Journal. During her law degree, she did a legal clinic placement at the Center for Research-Action on Race Relations and completed an exchange at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Institut d’études politiques de Paris.
