She has a particular interest in brand management and has extensive experience in trademark infringement matters, trademark applications and portfolio management, oppositions and cancellation actions before the UK IPO, as well as domain name disputes, passing off and copyright infringement claims.

- Representing Wirex Limited, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency platforms, in its successful trademark infringement claim and damages inquiry against Cryptocarbon Global Ltd and others (Wirex Limited v. Cryptocarbon Global Ltd & Others ([2021] EWHC 617 (IPEC) and [2022] EWHC 1161).
- Representing Alpargatas S.A. (owners of the famous Havaianas flip-flop brand) in trademark enforcement actions in the UK.
- Acting for an electrical wholesaler concerning a passing off claim against a nationwide chain.
