Isabella Borges focuses her practice on general corporate matters, including formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions.

Isabella advises startup companies and investors across a variety of industries through all stages of their life cycle, including formation, venture capital financings and growth equity investments. She also advises both strategic acquirers and target companies in their mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactional matters. In addition, Isabella also assists public companies in their public and other equity offerings.
