Jaclyn A. Schade assists clients in analyzing disclosures and writing & prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and foreign patent offices. 

In addition to performing various tasks related to drafting and prosecution, Jaclyn also assists in appeals, prior art analysis, and patent portfolio analysis for companies and inventors in mechanical, electro-mechanical, medical and communication technologies. Jaclyn is not a lawyer.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Jaclyn was a researcher/patent agent at a patent services firm, where she prosecuted patent applications and performed a variety of patent searches while training and managing a team of researchers.
