Jeremy Erickson is an experienced advisor on the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of executive and equity compensation arrangements.

Jeremy’s practice includes preparing and reviewing public company SEC filings, with a focus on executive compensation disclosures, and addressing compensation and benefits issues arising in mergers and acquisitions. Jeremy also has extensive experience in providing guidance to company management and boards of directors on compensation and corporate governance issues.
