Earlier in her career, Jessica was corporate director of legal affairs for the U.S. subsidiary of a mining group operating a polymetallic smelter and copper mine, where she negotiated large-scale construction contracts and financing agreements while overseeing environmental and regulatory compliance—an experience that continues to shape her pragmatic approach to risk and project management. Drawing on this experience, she provides advice that is both legally sound and operationally informed, grounded in a clear understanding of how legal decisions affect business operations, project execution and organizational risk.

Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Jessica brings versatility and cross-cultural insight to her work, allowing her to navigate complex factual, contractual and jurisdictional contexts with agility and precision.
