- Represented The Cigna Group in obtaining summary judgment order against XL Specialty Insurance Company and Ironshore Specialty Insurance Company in Managed Care Errors & Omissions defense expense claim in Delaware Superior Court.
- Represented L.A. Terminals Inc. and Soco West Inc. in obtaining summary judgment order in federal court against United National Insurance Company for failing to defend the companies against environmental lawsuits brought by the City of Los Angeles.
- Represented wineries in smoke taint claim litigation in federal court against National Surety Corporation (a subsidiary of Allianz) arising out of Northern California wildfires, resulting in a favorable settlement.
