  • Represented HealthSouth Corporation in California federal court in coverage action for underlying lawsuit alleging that physician performed surgeries over several years while impaired.
  • Represented L.A. Terminals Inc. and Soco West Inc. in California federal court in obtaining summary judgment order against United National for failing to defend the companies in environmental lawsuits brought by the City of Los Angeles for alleged pollution in L.A. Harbor.
