Jocelyn Elizabeth Brooks

Jocelyn Brooks focuses her practice on general litigation matters.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Jocelyn worked as a judicial intern for The Hon. Christina A. Bryan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. While in law school, Jocelyn gained experience in First Amendment matters while working at the Federal Communications Commission and the Washington University First Amendment Clinic. She also served as the note’s editor for the Washington University Law Review.
