Joe Mallet focuses his practice on general corporate matters, including formations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets and issues of compliance and corporate governance.
Joe works with a variety of public and private clients across a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including private equity and energy clients.
Prior to joining Pillsbury, Joe was an attorney at the London office of an international law firm.
Representative Experience
Prior to and since joining Pillsbury, Joe’s representations include:
- Represented a leading energy and infrastructure fund manager in relation to a $1 billion equity investment in a leading renewable energy and decarbonization-solution project.
- Represented the purchaser, a major infrastructure joint venture, and its shareholders, on the carve-out and subsequent acquisition of a global petroleum products storage business.
- Represented a big oil supermajor on the disposal of its North Sea assets.
