John Repko is a consulting principal and former global chief information officer with 28 consecutive years in CIO roles at public companies. He now leads a Business & Technology Advisory practice serving public company, private equity and venture-backed clients. A five-time public company CIO and qualified financial expert, John pairs technology leadership with finance, strategy and Six Sigma depth. He has managed global budgets and multicultural teams, executed complex integrations and separations, and led large-scale digital transformations across cloud, cybersecurity, data and enterprise applications.

John engages regularly with boards on cybersecurity, controls, technology and strategy, and is a frequent speaker on governance, digital transformation, cloud and leadership. His board and governance experience includes public and private company boards and nonprofit leadership, including service on audit committees. He is a business fellow at the Villanova University School of Business focused on digital transformation and cybersecurity. He participates in executive forums, such as the Blackstone Technology Sector CIO Roundtable, the Recognize CIO Advisory and Innovation Council, and CIO Strategy Exchange, and mentors rising leaders through professional associations and university programs.
