John R. Van Son

John Van Son focuses his practice on all aspects of litigation, with an emphasis on securities matters and white collar defense.

John assists clients in a wide variety of pre-litigation and litigation matters, including internal investigations and government investigations. John represents both companies and individuals in matters involving alleged insider trading, market manipulation, and other financial misconduct.

Before joining Pillsbury, John served as both a prosecutor and defense counsel in the U.S. Army JAG Corps.
