Prior to Pillsbury, Joseph was a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate at a leading international law firm.

Representative Experience

  • Advised multinational energy corporation on acquisition of various customer portfolios from failed energy suppliers under Ofgem’s Supplier of Last Resort mechanism.
  • Advised administrators of AIM-listed bed retailer in a pre-pack sale of certain assets to one of Britain’s largest bed retailers.
  • Advised court-appointed receivers in realizing dissipated assets of $1 billion by a TCI company used as a personal investment vehicle of a multibillionaire, which had significant liabilities to Deutsche Bank.
