Josh has experience in acting for a wide range of financial institutions, aircraft leasing companies and airlines on a variety of leasing and financing transactions, including portfolio sales, operating leases, engine leases, Japanese operating lease financings and insurance-backed financings (ITASCA and Balthazar).

Prior to joining the firm, Josh worked for an international law firm in their global asset finance practice.
Representative Experience
- Acted for an Irish leasing company in relation to the sale of a portfolio of Airbus A320 aircraft on lease.
- Represented a leading aircraft lessor on the sale and leaseback of various Boeing 737-MAX aircraft to an international airline.
- Represented an international airline on the novation of its leased fleet of aircraft and engines.
