Joshua Stenhjem focuses his practice on insolvency and restructuring. Before joining Pillsbury, Joshua served as judicial clerk to the Hon. Christopher B. Latham, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California.
During law school, Joshua externed for the Hon. Mark R. Colombell of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and Chief Bankruptcy Judge Shon Hastings of the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota. He also served as Executive Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review.
