Court Declines to Halt Climate Disclosure Laws as CARB Pursues Delayed Rulemaking
New laws take effect January 1 while regulated entities still await implementing regulations from California Air Resources Board.
Karen Eskander advises clients on environmental litigation matters, as well as regulatory and compliance, with a particular focus on air quality issues and oil and gas law. She also has experience with permitting and land use, including assisting clients with legal analysis and opinion regarding liability for environmental conditions.
Prior to joining Pillsbury, Karen was a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
