Kelly Frisch counsels individuals and families with respect to wealth transfer planning, including charitable giving and estate, gift, generation-skipping and income tax planning.

Kelly also advises beneficiaries and fiduciaries in all aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate, post mortem estate planning, representation in the Surrogate's Court, preparation and filing of gift, estate and fiduciary income tax returns and negotiations with federal and state tax authorities in connection with returns.
