Kendra Kalish

Kendra Kalish focuses her practice on technology-related commercial transactions.

Kendra supports clients on technology-driven transactions, including cloud and software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, software and data licensing, and IT and business process outsourcing. Kendra assists throughout the transaction life cycle, from supplier solicitations and contract negotiation to implementation. She has a particular interest in matters involving data infrastructure and emerging technologies, including AI-related solutions.
