Kevin Lin assists employers with the design, implementation and compliance of employee benefit plans, and advises companies on the tax, accounting and securities laws aspects of equity-based compensation programs.

During Law School, Kevin was a student mediator in the USC Law Mediation Clinic, mediating various small claims cases as well as child dependency cases. He was the Senior Notes and Submissions Editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal.
