Lauren Johnstone represents clients in all areas of state and federal environmental law.

Lauren counsels clients on regulatory compliance and transactional due diligence, as well as litigation and enforcement. She has particular experience working on matters involving the EPA, renewable energy and PFAs.

While in law school, Lauren served as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division, Environmental Enforcement Section and a legal intern for the U.S. House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis. Prior to attending law school, Lauren worked at Climate Action Reserve, an offset registry for global carbon markets.
