Laxmi Poruri

Laxmi Poruri is responsible for business and client development in the technology industry vertical. In this role, she works with clients on their business plans and business development efforts, and helps them connect to the startup ecosystem.

Laxmi maintains many of the firm’s relationships to the startup ecosystem, which includes investment bankers, accounting firms, venture capitalists, private firms and other stakeholders. In addition, she helps drive strategy and branding for the technology vertical. Laxmi has been part of multiple executive teams in a sales or business development capacity, as well as an angel investor in several companies.

Prior to her business career, she played professional tennis on the WTA (Women’s Tennis Association) tour and was a four-time All American at Stanford University.
