Lee Alexander is an associate who focuses his  practice on general corporate matters, including venture capital and private equity transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Lee works with a variety of public and private clients.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Lee was an associate in a large national law firm in their Corporate, Energy, and Private Equity Practice Group, where he supported mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions across multiple industries. He brings experience drafting and negotiating key transaction documents and managing due diligence, closing, and post-closing workstreams. Before entering private practice, Lee served as a Legislative Intern with the Texas Senate - Office of State Senator Royce West, a Law Clerk with the Texas Attorney General’s Office, and as a Nuclear Machinist Mate – Engineering Laboratory Technician in the U.S. Navy.
