Leonie Arendt-Cassetta is a Corporate and Securities attorney who advises venture funds, strategic investors, asset managers and other private capital providers in connection with their investments in emerging and growth-stage companies.

Leonie represents clients across the full investment life cycle, with a particular focus on early- through late-stage preferred equity and debt financings. Her clients invest across industries including technology, life sciences, financial services and energy. She also advises privately held companies in their financing transactions and provides strategic guidance on corporate governance and commercial matters arising at each stage of investment.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Leonie practiced law at major international law firms in New York and Germany and served as a policy advisor at the United Nations.
