Lila advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with an emphasis on real estate finance.
Lila represents lenders in originating, restructuring and working out construction, term and permanent loans, lines of credit and letters of credit for projects ranging from multifamily, retail centers and office buildings to warehouses and hotels. Lila also has experience in real estate purchase and sale transactions and commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants.
