President Trump Signs Holding Foreign Insiders Accountable Act into Law
The legislation signals new responsibilities for foreign private issuers and their insiders.
Mackenzie Pantoja focuses his practice primarily on advising companies, investors and underwriters on general corporate and securities law matters, including public and private offerings of secured and unsecured debt and equity.
