Megan Lee focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, antitrust matters, white collar investigations and international arbitration. She has experience managing discovery, drafting dispositive motions, and supporting multinational arbitration proceedings.

Megan maintains an active pro bono practice, including work on asylum matters and human rights advocacy. She was named to the 2024 Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll for her contributions.

While earning her J.D. at the University of Virginia School of Law, Megan served as president of the National Security Law Forum and held leadership roles on the Journal of Law & Politics. She also worked as a senior legal writing fellow, mentoring first-year law students in research, writing and oral advocacy.
