Michael Buschmann focuses his practice on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and financing with extensive experience in lender-side financing.

Michael’s clients include owners, lenders, sponsors, investors and lessors of all major asset classes. He has extensive experience representing lenders in the origination of acquisition, construction, development, mezzanine and permanent loans, particularly in complex debt structures and Florida construction financing. He also advises public and private companies with respect to real estate matters in complex M&A and bankruptcy-related transactions.

Prior to focusing his practice on real estate, Michael advised debtors and creditors in  in- and out-of-court reorganizations and other corporate bankruptcy matters.
