S. Michelle Ki is an associate in the firm’s Global Sourcing & Technology Transactions practice and is located in the New York office.
Michelle has experience assisting clients in a multitude of industries including consumer goods, services, and education on issues ranging from negotiating commercial lease agreements to advising on employment matters, general corporate compliance, and licensing matters.
Prior to attending law school, Michelle worked at an early stage advertising technology start-up in San Francisco.

- Completed the Pillsbury Social Impact Fellowship at Public Counsel’s Community Development Project.
- Served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Harvard’s Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, Volume 55.
- Student attorney at Harvard’s Criminal Justice Institute, where she represented indigent clients in criminal cases in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
