Michelle Mehok's concentration is in intellectual property due diligence for transactions and strategic counseling for both companies and investors.

Michelle's practice has an emphasis on pharmaceutical and biological products, as well as medical devices, regulated by the FDA. She has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and evaluating license agreements, distribution, supply and manufacturing agreements, and clinical trial agreements. In the course of her practice, she has represented clients in a diverse array of technologies spanning wind energy, agriculture, molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, therapeutic drugs, vaccines and medical devices.
