Chris Kao focuses his practice on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. Chris is Pillsbury’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice group leader and Taiwan practice co-leader.

David Tsai is Pillsbury’s Taiwan practice co-leader and also resident in the San Francisco office. David is a first-chair trial lawyer and focuses his practice on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, including patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright, breach of contract, and product defect disputes in federal and state courts, as well as international arbitration tribunals.
