Peyton Kanstoroom

Peyton Kanstoroom supports clients on defense, national security and federal policy matters.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Peyton spent two years at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) as part of the lobbying team, managing a portfolio of approximately 50 House offices with a focus on defense and national security policy. As part of a broader team, she supported congressional engagement that helped secure hundreds of millions of dollars annually for U.S.-Israel cooperative defense programs, including missile defense, counter-unmanned aircraft systems, counter-tunneling technologies and emerging defense capabilities such as artificial intelligence, AI-enabled defense systems, autonomous platforms, quantum computing, next-generation unmanned systems, data-sharing initiatives and joint U.S.-Israel defense production efforts.
