Sam Lipson is a corporate attorney who represents high growth technology and life sciences companies and their investors in a wide range of industries.

Sam’s practice involves advising from formation to exit, primarily focusing on venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, entity formation and other general corporate and strategic matters. He regularly serves as outside general counsel to innovators. He is efficient, business-oriented and reasonable, and endeavors to treat all parties with respect.

Before joining Pillsbury, Sam was the managing director and general counsel of a family office primarily focused on investing in early stage technology companies and emerging venture fund managers. Before that, he was an emerging companies attorney of a leading law firm for startups and venture capital.
