An Associate in Pillsbury’s London office, she regularly acts in high-stakes litigation before the Supreme Court, High Court and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, and advises on the full spectrum of intellectual property rights and related commercial issues, with particular experience in the fashion, media and technology sectors. In addition to her disputes practice, Samantha advises on non-contentious IP matters, including brand protection strategy, clearance, monitoring, enforcement and portfolio management. She also brings a valuable in-house perspective, having worked within a global technology company and one of the world’s most valuable brands.
