Sam has a varied background in HR and talent management, at senior level, having worked in this field within the legal industry for 20 years.

Sam’s experience spans local office (London), regional (EMEA) and global positions. Her background working in various HR business partner roles is well-balanced with her extensive project management and global diversity & inclusion experience.

Sam’s responsibilities include the full range of human resources, office administration and facilities management duties; infrastructure support; vendor selection and management; business continuity planning;  legal compliance, supervision of local administrative staff and other HR functions including recruitment, training and development,  performance management, employee relations; and finance, including budget preparation, and ensuring attorneys are able to attend to the needs of their clients efficiently and effectively.
