Sarah Goetz focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, as well as intellectual property litigation matters. She represents clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.

Sarah has experience handling a wide variety of complex civil litigation and intellectual property matters, including antitrust, unfair competition, False Claims Act, commercial contracts, fraud, patent infringement and trademark disputes. She represents all types of clients from Fortune 500 companies to startups in a wide variety of industry sectors that include health care, software, manufacturing, e-commerce, and energy. Sarah has experience in all phases of litigation including pre-suit investigation, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial and appeal.
