Sarah Stehle is a member of Pillsbury’s Litigation practice and focuses her practice on complex, high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters, as well as select regulatory and advisory work for major global clients.

Sarah contributes to a broad range of disputes, including joint venture and construction matters, international contract litigation, environmental liability cases and intellectual property enforcement. She has worked on construction-related claims involving both public and private entities, as well as multiparty environmental litigation and cross-border proceedings. Her experience spans various stages of litigation, from drafting pleadings and managing discovery, to assisting with injunctions and appellate work.

In addition to her litigation work, Sarah supports corporate clients on strategic real estate considerations and monitors legislative and regulatory developments that may impact business operations. She provides research, analysis and ongoing tracking of emerging legislation, with a focus on technology and social media issues, including developments in artificial intelligence regulation.
